Burger with homemade BBQ sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 tbsp. Onion flakes or onion powder Charma
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika Charma
  • 500g minced pork
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt Himalayan Charma, black pepper Charma
  • bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic powder Charma
  • 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Smoked paprika Charma
  • 1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire and 6 tbsp. Ketchup
  • Salt Himalayan Charma, pepper Charma

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan pour the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  2. Saute until browned.
  3. Add the paprika, stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions are caramelized.
  4. Add the vinegar and add the worcestershire with ketchup. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. While the sauce is preparing, we start preparing the burgers too.
  7. In a pan pour olive oil and sauté at first the bacon for 3-4 minutes, after that, we add the onion.
  8. Saute until browned.
  9. Add and smoked paprika.
  10. Mix and leave for 1-2 minutes.
  11. In a bowl put the minced meat and pour the mixture with the bacon and onion flakes or powder.
  12. Add salt and pepper.
  13. Shape the meat into a small burger, oil it, and bake in grills for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  14. Serve in buns burger with lettuce on the bun, the burger, cheese, and sauce.
