INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp. Onion flakes or onion powder Charma
- 1 tsp smoked paprika Charma
- 500g minced pork
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- Salt Himalayan Charma, black pepper Charma
- bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp. Garlic powder Charma
- 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Smoked paprika Charma
- 1 tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire and 6 tbsp. Ketchup
- Salt Himalayan Charma, pepper Charma
PREPARATION
- In a pan pour the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Saute until browned.
- Add the paprika, stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the onions are caramelized.
- Add the vinegar and add the worcestershire with ketchup. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add salt and pepper.
- While the sauce is preparing, we start preparing the burgers too.
- In a pan pour olive oil and sauté at first the bacon for 3-4 minutes, after that, we add the onion.
- Saute until browned.
- Add and smoked paprika.
- Mix and leave for 1-2 minutes.
- In a bowl put the minced meat and pour the mixture with the bacon and onion flakes or powder.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Shape the meat into a small burger, oil it, and bake in grills for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve in buns burger with lettuce on the bun, the burger, cheese, and sauce.
