Green Pepper Whole

Green Pepper comes from the unripe, green, fruits of the plant, which are collected before they ripen, undergo a special color stabilization treatment and get dried. Its aromas are more discreet in comparison to the ones from the black pepper and move in more fruity and earthy tones. The same is true for its taste, which is less than half as hot as black pepper. Its mild personality makes it ideal for fish, vegetables, and generally for dishes where other peppers would be in danger of masking their flavors.
