INGREDIENTS
- 3 chicken breasts cut into pieces
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 pepper cut into slices
- ½ teaspoon curry Charma
- ½ teaspoon chicken mixture Charma
- Himalayan salt Charma – black pepper Charma
- ½ water glass of white wine
- 1 small can of canned mushrooms chopped
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- Some flour
PREPARATION
- Wash and cut into the chicken pieces [breast skinless]
- Put the oil in the pan to warm.
- Put slightly the chicken pieces into flour and fry over low heat, after 15 -20 minutes add the peppers and mushrooms after draining and rinsing well.
- Cook until the peppers be wilted and immediately add the wine, the salt, the pepper, the mixture chicken and the curry.
- We still cooking until the wine be boiled sown over low temperature and immediately we add the cream to go everywhere.
- In 3 minutes remove from the heat, and it’s ready!
Serve with fries or rice pilaf.
