INGREDIENTS

1 chicken
8 medium potatoes, 2 medium potatoes count per serving
1/2 cup. olive oil
2 table spoon honey Charma
2 table spoon mustard powder Charma
1-2 lemons, depends on how much juice you make lemons
Salt Himalayan Charma, black pepper Charma, oregano Charma, paprika Charma

PREPARATION

Wash the chicken and add salt and pepper. Leave it aside.
In multi beat the oil, the honey, the mustard powder and the lemon. Keep the other quantities fixed and experiment with the lemon. Start by using one lemon and if you want it sourer add another lemon the next time.
Pour the mixture of honey to go everywhere. We make a good mixing in potatoes and we ensure that the mixture of honey cover the chicken both outside and inside. Ready for the oven!
