Bukovo Hot

Bukovo is a Balkan spice, which is a mixture of dried and crushed red peppers. It has a tile color and a spicy taste. There are two types of bukovo, the sweet and the hot one. Each type results from the corresponding variety of red pepper used in its preparation (sweet / hot). The best variety of bukovo, is made by using crushed grains ground in oil, because it keeps it fresh and allows the aroma to diffuse evenly without being cooked.
