There are times that you feel bored to eat the same old things. In the case you want to cook something different, something unusual we recommend you … chicken Tserkeza!
INGREDIENTS
For the chicken:
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes Charma or onion powder Charma
- 1 small carrot – grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt Himalayas Charma
- 2 teaspoon Dill Charma
For the sauce
- 250 g. Walnuts Charma
- 3 slices of dry bread
- 1 teaspoon Paprika Charma
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili grated Charma
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Charma
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Chili flakes Charma
- Himalayan salt Charma
PREPARATION
For the chicken
- Wash well the chicken and put it in a saucepan with the onion and the carrot.
- Put in the pot water so as to cover up the chicken and add the chopped dill and salt.
- Boil until it is completely cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let cool thoroughly.
- Remove the skin and the bones and cut into small pieces.
- Place the chicken on a platter. Strain the broth from the chicken and keep 3 cups.
For the sauce
- Place the nuts in a blender and grind.
- Soak the dry bread in water and press to eliminate excess water.
- Put the bread with nuts and add the onion flakes that has boiled together with the chicken, the garlic powder, the crushed chillies, salt and paprika.
- Slowly we add the chicken broth that we have put aside, and we continue beating the mixture in a blender until we have a creamy sauce.
- In a bowl, mix well, the chicken with the half sauce.
- Then, spread the remaining sauce over the chicken until it is completely covered. Melt the butter and add the chili flakes.
- Put it on the heat for three minutes until the butter flavor.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle the butter mixture into the bowl with the chicken.
- Refrigerate for four hours and serve the chicken cold.
